Rulkallos and Mirrorjade - Yugioh Playmat

Here is a personal commission of a Yugioh Playmat of Tearlaments Rulkallos and Mirrorjade Iceblade Dragon that I did for Isaac Memita in February 2023, thanks to Joshua Raphael for the opportunity and art directions 😆

I had the most fun yet exhausting painting process which made me excited and overwhelmed at the same time. It got all the things I had wished for so long to paint for a project and to mention all of the subjects down from each materials of glittering crystal and glass, splashing water, mermaid aesthetics to capturing the action of an ocean surface breaching and wrapping it all up in a filter full of iridescent colors and prism light across the image, happened all at once was just too perfect to me!
