Queen's Jester

My work for Arackhan Wars, Queen's Jester. I'm really glad to have the chance to create another spectacular ice elemental character from the saga. This one definitely is a sequential excitement for me to my Adrielle the Ice Fairy piece, not only lore wise as they're in the same court to serve the queen, but the design as well which thanks to AD @roberteugenepalmer for letting me to have fun on the similarity between the two
